Rhubarb Iced Tea
Recipe type: Beverage
  • 12-15 stalks rhubarb, chopped into inch-ish sized pieces
  • 8 cups water
  • Sugar to taste (I ended up with about ½ cup)
  1. Throw rhubarb in a pot with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.
  4. Strain.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Enjoy!
